ELISA Detection sensitivity. The detection limits of C-ELISA, IMS-ELISA, and FNP-ELISA were 6.8 × 105 (1.8 ≤ RSD ≤ 4.7), 6.8 × 103 (0.6 ≤ RSD ≤ 5.2), and 6.8 × 101 CFU mL-1 (0.3 ≤ RSD ≤ 4.7), respectively (n = 3).
