Two-drug combinations showed less potency of bacterial growth inhibition than triple drug combination. A combination of CLA–CLO, CLA–RIF, and CLO–RIF at concentrations of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1 μg/mL were tested against clinical MAP strain UCF 4. The triple combination of RHB-104 active ingredients showed effective bacterial growth inhibition at a low MIC level of 0.25 μg/mL, whereas the 2-drug combinations showed only partial inhibition
