The strains were C. indologene NBRC 14944 (BAVL01000000), C. gleum ATCC 35910 (ACKQ02000000), Chryseobacterium sp. CF365 (JQJM01000000), Chryseobacterium sp. P1-3 (JPEQ01000000) and Chryseobacterium sp. StRB126 (NZ_AP014624.1). The white and colored regions of the outer rings indicated regions absent and present, respectively
