Candida albicans colonization and body weight in mice challenged with C. albicans. a Number of C. albicans colony forming units (CFU) recovered from stools. A single inoculum of 107 C. albicans was administered to mice on day 1. A total of 40 mice were divided into four groups composed of wild-type Candida (WT, n = 10), TLR1−/− Candida (n = 10), TLR2−/− Candida (n = 10), and TLR6−/− Candida (n = 10).
