Inter-relation between Th1, Th17 and Treg cytokines in H. pylori infected mouse gastric tissues. Different strains of H. pylori were orally fed separately or in combination to C57BL/6 mice and they were sacrificed on day 10 postinfection. Control mice were fed with PBS and kept separately under same conditions. Expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-17 and TGF-β in infected mouse gastric tissue homogenates were assessed by Western blotting. Representative Western blots showing the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-17 and TGF-β in all groups, β-actin served as loading control (a).
