The level of IFN-γ production in supernatants of PBMCs in control negative group. PBMCs were isolated from goats immunized with adjuvant only and stimulation of isolated PBMCs was done with PHA, rHBHA-FAP and PPD 96 h after incubation. PBMCs without stimulation in all groups were considered as control. The numbers of 1 to 5, refer to first to fifth bleeding. Error bars represent standard error of the mean (SEM) between the three replicates
