Compared with CK, the α diversity revealed by Chao1, the observed OTUs, the Shannon index, and the Simpson index of Group a increased slightly, while that of the other three groups decreased (a–d). Significant differences (p < 0.05) are marked with an asterisk. The more asterisks, the greater the difference. Beta-diversity, calculated using principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) and analysis of similarities (ANOSIM), showed that the microbiota of the five groups could be well differentiated (p = 0.001, e, f)
