The RdRp structure is shown from the front view and back view. Amino acid substitutions are colored red. The conserved motif, active sites and RNA binding sites were colored green, purple and blue, respectively. The P domain structure is shown from the top view and side view. Two positively selected sites are colored red and purple, respectively. The HBGA binding sites are colored green. The accession numbers for the sequences of the RdRp of GII.4 and the P domain of GII.3 were AJ583672 and U02030, respectively
