Infected macrophage are immune stained with rabbit anti-H. pylori serum/donkey anti-rabbit IgG FITC conjugate (green), mouse anti-CD63/donkey anti-mouse IgG CY3 conjugate or sheep anti-LAMP-1/donkey anti-sheep IgG CY3 conjugate (red) and nuclear DNA stained with DAPI (blue).
