EGTA enhances E-cadherin shedding of H. pylori-infected NCI-N87 cells. NCI-N87 cells were infected with H. pylori at a MOI of 100 (+) for 16 h or left untreated (−). Cells were treated with increasing concentrations of (a) CaCl2 or (b) EGTA.
