Trim32 deficiency reduced pro-inflammatory cytokine production while increased chemokine production. Trim32−/− and WT mice were i.p. injected with 1.0 × 106 CFUs of Lm. Levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (AD) and chemokines (EH) in sera of mice at indicated time points were measured using Luminex. Shown were mean ± SEM of 3 mice per experimental group. Data were a representative of three independent experiments. Statistical significance was calculated by means of two-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test; * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01
